I an American want to set the record straight and lay some facts and truth why America is a truly civilized nation and why countries other than US, UK and some other European states are uncivilized nations.
America for Eradication of Weapons of Mass Destruction:
Depleted Uranium Toxicity in Afghanistan:
American warplanes are attacking Afghanistan with depleted uranium weapons which could poison combatants and civilians, especially children, according to U.S. officials. The possibility of radioactive dust storms sweeping across Afghanistan and polluting rivers has meanwhile sparked fears in Pakistan. "The radioactive dust released by the impact of these weapons can easily get into the food chain and the water supply through the Kabul River in Afghanistan and thus into Pakistan's Indus (River). Nuclear Bomb Devastation in Hiroshima:
The U.S. is the only country to ever drop nuclear bombs on people (the atomic destruction of Hiroshima and Nagasaki in August 1945). The U.S. is also the only admitted nuclear power that has refused to adopt a no-first-strike policy. And, in clear violation of the Comprehensive Test Ban Treaty which it has signed, U.S. scientists are continuing to develop and test "Third Generation" Nuclear Bombs. (IA Center) Here is the link:

Hundreds of US military personnel have allegedly defaulted on repaying debts of more than one million dollars run up on government-issued credit cards. More than 46,000 Defense Department employees had defaulted on $62m in official travel expenses as of last November. Priests, Little League coaches, school workers and law enforcement employees were among those arrested in a nationwide sweep that shut down an Internet child pornography ring, federal law enforcement officials said. Forty people have been arrested, officials said, and another 50 are expected to be arrested in the near future.

Because We Care for the Women in Afghanistan:
On December 30, U.S. air strikes hit the village of Niazi Kala (also called Qalaye Niaze) in eastern Afghanistan, killing dozens of civilians. The attack was major news in several U.K. newspapers, with the Guardian and the Independent running front-page stories. The headlines were straightforward: "U.S. Accused of Killing Over 100 Villagers in Airstrike (Guardian, 1/1/02); "U.S. Accused of Killing 100 Civilians in Afghan Bombing Raid (Independent, 1/1/02); "'100 Villagers Killed in U.S. Airstrike (London Times, 1/1/02). Pretty soon we will be providing freedom to the Iraqi people, women and children by eradicating weapons of mass destruction in that country by unleashing our own weapons of mass destruction which are much more dangerous and lethal than any other weapons. And during the process destroy a few more countries like Yemen, Iran, etc., etc.
We always try to support the cause of the helpless people all over the world. We condemned the arm shipment by Iran to Palestinian authority and continued arming Israel with weapons of mass destruction, this so that Israel can reign terror and unleash hell on the stone throwing Palestinian children. We want Yasser Arafat to put an end to the stone throwing children, but we have given a "Get out of jail Free" card to Sheron.
Well Heck! If I keep going we would be here for years. So I guess what I was trying to say was that we are a "CIVILIZED NATION".
Our kids can sleep easy at night knowing that our soldiers are slaughtering innocent people all over the world in the name of freedom and terrorism.
So sing with me....
I'm proud to be an American where at least I know I'm free......(at whose expense)
I wish I could say right now that I am really proud to be an American, but infact I cannot. I am ashamed to be an American knowing what my government is doing to other countries and other nations and what its intentions are going forward.
May God give us peace and more so to the people we have touched in all the wrong ways.
