Advice to Muslim Rulers
Source: Unknown O Muslim Rulers! Allah has blessed you with land and resources so that you could establish the Law of Allah on His land, establish true Islamic societies, spread Islamic teachings and eradicate the rule of "taghut" from the land of Allah. But you rulers have worked only to strengthen and prolong your personal governments so as to get personal benefits. This greediness of yours has greatly damaged your relegious status. You made friendships with the enemies of Allah and to solve your personal matters you have been taking help from your foes and compromising your relegion to a great extent. By compromising your religion Islam, you have lost everything. Even your own countries are not in your control. Whenever you raised anti-Islamic political or economic systems to govern the country, you were unsuccesful. The truth is that you yourselves are controlled by others and have no power in your own hands. You are ruling under the shadows of slavery.
O Muslim Rulers! Whole of the Muslim Ummah is injured. Do you not hear the screams of sisters from Kashmir? Who will wipe the tears of the Muslims of Burma? Are you not informed that Masajid are being demolished to raise temples in India? Do you not know that Muslims are stabbed to death openly? Are you aware that Muslims of Philipines are being turned out from their land? Did anyone tell you that today thousands of mothers of Bosnia and Kosovo are finding their lost sons since they dont know that they have been shot by the Serbs.
O Muslim Rulers! Does your media, television or newspaper, ever display or publish pictures or news of American and British aircrafts bombing Iraq with rockets and missiles at the time of sehri during Ramadan. Did not you hear the sighs of the injured? Then we also heard that Israel bombed the Muslims of Lebanon. What should we call it? if we do not call it disgraceful! Moreover America missiled Afghanistan and Sudan, did you take any notice of it? You could not even raise an artificial protest! Why do you have to make America your godfather? Why do you bow down in front of it? It only spits in your begging bowl and kill your Muslim brothers worldwide. Their warships float in the Muslim seas of Middle East and target the Muslim countries. Why is it that there is no one to answer? Iraq’s fault was only that it signed the contract of not making advanced weapons and allowed U.N.O. (an american slave) to enter their country. Well they have faced the results.
Day by day America is showing Pakistan by bombing various countries that the fate would be the same for any Muslim country which tries to stand up as an Atomic Power. Britain does the same by holding his big brother's finger. On the otherhand work is being done to unite Russia, China and India so that Muslims can be isolated, cornered and beaten. Russia and Indian link has already been practically observed and it is just to finish the Muslims.
O Muslim Rulers! We have just highlighted some of the conditions prevailing now a days. The truth is that attrocities on Muslims have filled the gap between the sky and the earth. We just request you to wake up. First of all throw away the collars of slavery of kuffar and bend down in front of Allah only. Ask for forgiveness from your Allah. Eliminate the vulgarities from your countries. Your biggest fault is that you have accepted the laws of kuffar instead of the Law of Allah and have established them on the Muslim citizens. Then your friendship with the enemies of Allah is an open invitation to Allah’s wrath. Ask forgiveness from your Lord and try not to repeat your past.
Tasks to be Accomplished
Enforce Allah’s Shariah upon your countries. Abandon the anti-islamic laws completely. Eliminate the laws of your assemblies and courts and raise the Khilafah and Islamic laws. Accept the Book of Allah "The Quran" and the Sunnah of Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him "The Hadith" as your final justice. Provide all Muslims with equal rights.
Reconsider the U.N.O. and think about establishing your own U.N.O. comprising of Muslim countries. Establish the Shariah of Allah in it and present your problems in Allah’s court.
To benefit Muslims from their resources you must develop your own Trading System. Provide loans to Muslims with only pure money and eradicate the curse of Interest (Usury) as soon as possible.
Make your countries like you make your homes so that you may invite overseas Muslims to migrate and settle in Muslim countries with all their skills and manpower which can be used for Islam. Provide shelter and facilities for Muslim immigrants.
The Europeans are uniting their currencies into one. It is more obligatory on the Muslim Ummah to establish their own single currency. Since it is one of the factors which will Insha Allah help in taking them out of financial crisis. Gold or Petroleum should be in hands of the righteous and not the robbers.
Develop your strong joint defence system. Combine your defence resources and build weapons or any other item which is necessary for survival. Allah has provided Muslim lands with all sorts of blessings and resources. We do not have to beg from anyone if we stand up to praise Allah only and correct ourselves and our systems. Our enemies will be a hinderance in our way only if we are scared of them and our relation with Allah is not appropriate.
Establish Da'wah in your countries. Start " Amar bil Maroof and Nahin unil Munkar " Spread the good and stop the evil. Eradicate the centres of Shirk, like graves and shrines of saints which have become the places of worship. Shut down the centres of vulgarities and enforce the law of decency. Establish The Salah (Prayer) and The System of Zakah.
Do something positive for the Muslims of Kashmir, Kosovo, Palestine and others who are oppressed by the tyrants. Allah will surely be happy about this and will help you and reward you.
O Muslim Rulers! We have made you aware of your duties by the grace of Allah. It is only in the fullfilment of these tasks that your success lies. This is an open invitation to you. It is your responsibility to correct your countries. Submit to Allah and fear Him. Fear the day of resurrection. Rule your countries only if you can fulfil your relegious duties otherwise do not be a burden on Allah’s people, land and relegion.
